| 摘 要： | 电子商务的出现使物流产业的内涵与外延发生了重大变化,在电子商务中开展回收物流活动成了企业关注的一个重要问题.本文从回收物流的定义出发,描述了传统环境下和电子商务环境下的回收物流活动以及电子商务对回收物流的重要影响.
