中国银行业竞争结构和行业服务水平的博弈分析

摘    要:目前国内银行的服务功能具有很大程度的同质性。观察国外银行业再造趋势,其重要方面是实施差异化竞争战略,调整和升级服务功能,突破同质性,并建立各自的核心竞争优势。本文通过均衡博弈分析,讨论不同市场状况和性质的银行竞争与整个行业服务水平的关系。最终得出结论:国内银行业只有进行差异化竞争,突破业务同质性所带来的创新阻力,才能实现行业服务水平的提高,从而应对来自国外银行业的竞争压力。

Abstract:At present,the service functions of domestic banks are highly homogeneous.However,the most important aspect of international banking rebuilding is the implementation of divergent competition strategy,which enable the banks adjust and upgrade their service functions and then set up their own competitive edges.To discuss the relationship between the service level of domestic banking and the competition structure,this paper set up a simple game.The result of the game implied that only if the domestic banks implement divergent competition strategy and break the obstacles brought by the homogeneity of banking business,the service level of domestic banking could be promoted enough to face the pressure of competition from overseas banks.
