| 摘 要： | 本文运用博弈论对我国的股票发行制度进行了分析。通过构建静态博弈模型剖析了影响股票发行监管的各种因素,并以动态博弈模型研究了发行审核制度的选择问题,得出了结论,提出了相应的对策建议。
