| Abstract: | This article at first analyzed the negative influence on the national economy caused by faultiness of state owned assets governance system, then further expounded the situations of the state owned assets governance and put forward a point that we should give a orientation for the state owned assets in the aspects of its value and functions. At last, it made some suggestions for perfecting the governance system of the state owned natural resources. |
