| 摘 要： | 我国公民受教育权法制保障存在诸多障碍：一是受教育权的立法滞后；二是受教育权的执法不严；三是受教育权的监督不力；四是受教育权的救济不畅。这种严峻的现实需要做好以下几个方面努力：第一，加快立法，健全保障公民受教育权法律法规；第二，加强执法力度，落实公民受教育权；第三，强化监督机制，监督保障公民受教育权；最后，完善受教育权的救济途径，确保公民受教育权落实到位。
