聚丙烯催化剂及生产工艺新进展

摘    要:综述了近年来用于丙烯聚合的Ziegler-Natta催化剂、茂金属催化剂和非茂单活性中心催化剂的最新研究进展.对Basell公司的Sphenzone工艺和Borealis公司的Borstar工艺等新开发的创新工艺进行了详细的介绍.指出我国在PP催化剂研发方面与国外相比还存在较大差距,特别是希望对茂和非茂等处于技术前沿的催化剂的开发应给予足够的重视.积极跟踪世界PP生产新工艺和新型催化剂的发展方向,加大符合国情的PP生产新工艺和新型催化剂的研究开发力度,以促进PP工业的快速发展.

Abstract:On the basis of reviewing the recent advanced progress in catalysts including ziegler-natta catalyst,metallo- cene catalyst and non-metallocene catalyst for PP.It introduced particularly two production techniques which are Spheri- zone and Borstar developed respectively by Basell and Borealis,and pointed out there is still a gap between home and abroad in researching and developing of PP catalyst,appealling for attention to the development of metallocene catalyst and non- metallocene catalyst.Finally China ...
