中国银保合作的历史、现状与展望

摘    要:我国银行保险处于发展的初级阶段,银行作为保险公司的兼业代理人,代理销售保险产品并获取手续费收入,与保险公司之间是纯粹的合作关系,不存在相互竞争。双方合作的内容并不深入,相当部分仍处在尝试和摸索中。在现实法律法规监管允许的情况下,理想的银保合作模式应该从银行在柜台销售保险产品转向提供金融超市功能,为许多银保产品提供销售场地,在较低的管理费之外,与保险公司进行收益分享。

Abstract:Bancassurance is still in a primary stage. As a mixed operation agency, banking gain commission by selling insurance with agency. It is cooperated with insurance corporations purely instead of competitive. The cooperation is still in trial and fumble. With the permission of reality legislation, ideal cooperative mode between banking and insurance should shift from selling insurance products at counters to providing financial supermarket so that they can provide marketing place and share benefits with insurance corporations except for a lower administrative expenses.
