发展农村通信应靠自主创新

近年来,我国电信业在发展中改革、在改革中发展,实现了向世界第一大电话网的历史性跨越,为国民经济和社会发展、为人民生活水平的改善和提高作出了重要贡献。但是我们也必须清醒地看到,当前我国城市与农村之间还存在着明显的“数字鸿沟”。全国还有5万多个行政村尚未开通电话,促进协调发展、实现普遍服务的任务还相当艰巨。
