摘    要:研究目的:为改善现有土地变更调查数据质量的评价方法过于刚性化的缺点,以甲、乙两省为例,探究土地变更调查中错误量相近省份的数据质量评价方法。研究方法:基于多层次模糊综合评判法,采用缺陷扣分法确定隶属度,并结合层次分析法和Delphi法计算权重。研究结果:错误量的大小无法直接表明数据质量的优劣。研究结论:实验结果表明该方法不仅能快速识别影响数据质量的重要因素,同时评价结果更加客观合理。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to explores the survey data quality differences between two provinces with similar wrong amount, because of that the existing evaluation method for land changing investigation data quality is too rigid. Method is the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, which is combined with defect deduction method to determine the membership degree and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and Delphi method to determine the weight. The experimental results show that the size of the error amount does not directly show the merits of the data quality. It is concluded that this method cannot only quickly identify the important factors that affect the quality of data, but also make the evaluation results more objective and reasonable.
