Study on Problems in Outsourcing of Cold-chain Logistics Operations in Catering Business

In this paper we first introduced the basic objective and quality requirement in the cold-chain logistics operation of the catering business,analyzed the mechanism of the influence of third party logistics on its outsourcing,pointed out that professional 3PL cold-chain logistics could satisfy the stringent demand of material quality of the catering industry,could flexibly meet the requirement of the market and could effectively reduce the price of the terminal products,and finally proposed the suggestions and countermeasures for the operation and management of outsourcing of cold-chain logistics businesses in the catering industry.
