| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的不断发展,服务质量的竞争已成为企业不断争取有限市场份额的重要手段。而如何提高物流企业服务质量是企业在市场经济条件下必须要深入探讨的课题。本文分析了物流服务质量管理存在的问题,对我国物流企业服务质量管理的问题进行了对策探讨。
