| 摘 要： | 水库移民安置工作涉及区域社会经济系统重建,良好的物流服务可为移民安置活动的有序开展提供保障:移民安置动迁阶段的资源协同和预留可以有效应对费用、时间、可靠性等系统约束,但需要健全协商机制预防资源浪费与动态可用性难以确定的负面效应;移民后续发展阶段大力发展物流产业,完善服务,整合资源,发挥物流产业带动作用,有助于改善安置区物流基础设施条件,提高信息化水平,促进移民增产增收,实现水库移民和谐安置。

| Abstract: | In this paper we found that at the mobilization stage,resource collaboration and reservation could effectively satisfy system constraints such as cost,time and reliability,etc.but a healthy and sound negotiation mechanism was needed to prevent negative effects of resource waste and difficulty in determining utility;in the follow-up stage,we should develop with full force the logistics industry,improve its service capacity,integrate resources and give full play to the pulling effect of the logistics industry. |
