基于平衡计分卡的跨国物流子公司业绩评价体系的构建

首先,对跨国物流子公司进行战略角色的定位,构建了网络嵌入下的跨国物流子公司战略角色立体模型,确立了跨国物流子公司水平型的战略角色定位。其次,详述了跨国公司子公司业绩评价的信息需求,继而在平衡计分卡理论的指导下,以公司价值创造驱动因素切入,从财务、客户、内部流程、学习与成长等维度,试图建立适合于跨国物流公司子公司的业绩评价体系,为实业界提供一套系统的具体的跨国物流公司子公司绩效管理工具。

Establishment of Transnational Logistics Subsidiary Company Performance Evaluation System Based on Balanced Scoreboard

In this paper,we first determined the strategic role of the logistics subsidiaries of transnational corporations and established the cubic model of the strategic role of the logistics subsidiaries.Then we introduced in detail the information demand in the performance evaluation of these companies and built,on dimensions of finance,customer,internal process,learning and growth,etc.,a performance evaluation system suitable for them.
