对地方“根植”产业与外部“嵌入”产业的契合问题研究

在产业转移中，外部“嵌入”产业和地方“根植”产业存在一个契合问题，只有两者之间契合程度比较高，才表明嵌入产业与当地资源和劳动力结合很好，这将有助于产业转移承接地的长期发展。对于区域经济的发展，我们无法选择具有怎样的资源察赋优势，但是我们可以选择怎样去参与区域间的分工，吸收或转移适宜的产业，在这个过程中，承接地的政府具有举足轻重的作用。

An Analysis on the Integrating of the Local Rooted- industry and the Exterior Inserted- industry

In the industry transfer, there is an integrating problem between Exterior Inserted- industry and Local Rooted- industry. Only when the integrating degree gets higher can the inserted- industry combine well with the native resources and labor force,thus it will be beneficial to the long - term development of the receiving end of the transfer. For the district economic development, we can＇ t choose the district with its resources advantage, but we can choose the way to participate in the district division work, absorb or transfer suitable industries. In this process, the government of the receiving end plays a prominent role.
