| Abstract: | According to the investigation into the present situation of aerobics course teaching in Ningbo higher education institutions, this paper finds that traditional teaching model for this course prevails, thereby calling for improvement. Based on this, the paper proposes some feasible suggestions on a digitalized teaching mode. |
