当代大学生就业价值取向现状分析及引导研究

近年来随着大学毕业人数逐年增加,就业问题日益严峻.大学生就业价值取向直接影响着大学生的就业行为.课题组通过对大学生就业价值取向现状存在的问题进行分析,从国家、企业、高校、学生四个方面提出针对大学生就业价值取向的引导措施,以帮助大学生顺利就业.

On the Situation Analysis and Guidance of University Students＇ Employment Value

As the university graduates have been increasing year by year in recent years, the employment problem is becoming more and more severe. University students＇ employment value directly influences the employment behavior. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the present situation of university students＇ employment value, our project team put forward some guiding measures from four aspects： governments, enterprises, colleges and universities, and students themselves, so that university students can get a job successfully
