| 摘 要： | 当今世界,环境问题越来越成为世界各国关注的对象,各国在环境保护与改善方面也都作出了很大努力。本文通过对产生环境问题的环境因素及环境管理体系实施现状的分析,指出了环境管理存在的问题,并给出了完善其管理体系的四项制度及要做到的八个结合。

| Abstract: | In today＇s world, environmental issues increasingly become the object of attention around the world, the countries have all made a great efforts in environmental protection and improvement. Based on the environmental factors that create environmental problems and the status analysis of implementation of environmental management system, the paper points out the problems of the environmental management and gives four systems and eight combinations to perfect the management system. |
