| 摘 要： | 基于中国社会综合调查(CGSS2005)400村和4000农户数据,本文分析了宗族网络对乡村企业的影响、作用机制以及宗族网络作用随市场化的变化。研究结果表明:(1)宗族网络对乡村企业的发展具有显著的负向影响。宗族网络发达的村庄拥有企业的数量明显低于宗族网络不发达村庄。(2)通过对宗族网络影响乡村企业作用机制的检验发现,在市场化相对成熟时期,宗族网络的短半径信任效应和短半径交易效应的作用更为突出,而产权保护效应的作用已经不甚明显。(3)随着市场化的推进,宗族网络在乡村企业发展过程中的作用经历了从促进到阻碍的转变。

| Abstract: | based on survey data of 400 villages and 4 000 households collected by the chi- nese social general survey (cgss), this paper studies the effects of finship networfs on the development of rural enterprises, its dynamics and its changes in the process of marfet liber alization. the results show that (1) finship networfs have negative effects on the develop- ment of rural enterprises; (2) with more marfet liberalization, the limited-trust range effects and limited-trade range effects of rural finship networfs become stronger, while their proper- ty rights-protection effect becomes weafer; and (3) with more marfet liberalization, the total effect of finship networfs on rural enterprises changes from positive to negative. | |
