| 摘 要： | 文章针对我国石化产业普遍存在的销售预测系统不健全、中间仓库配置不合理、调运成本高、客户服务及快速反应能力弱等问题，以中石油东北化工销售公司的物流系统优化为例，以合理预测企业销售趋势为前提，探讨更经济的干线运输、仓储布局的方案研究方法和步骤。以求实现为分散的客户提供多样化的产品和相关服务、全面提升企业物流系统、扩大企业的第三利润源泉提供合理可行的物流系统优化建议。

| Abstract: | This paper aimed at attaining a method and procedure of achieve an optimized logistics system, which solves such problems as ubiquity of market forecasting system, inappropriate deployment of warehouses, high cost of allocation and transportation and deficiency of quick-reaction capability.
