| 摘 要： | 失地农民问题是造成中国社会不稳定的主要因素之一,通过对石家庄"城中村"失地农民的问卷调查和实地考察,发现土地产权、征用补偿等制度的不完善是失地农民问题存在的深层次原因,只有对土地和农民相关的制度进行创新并完善,才能从根本上解决失地农民问题。

| Abstract: | The land-expropriated farmers are one of the major factors affecting China's social stability.The questionnaires of the land-expropriated farmers and on-the-spot survey of the villages inside Shijiazhuang City show that the imperfect system of land ownership and expropriation compensation are the root cause of the problems of land-expropriated farmers.The improvement of the system concerning land and farmers will resolve the land-expropriated problems so as to build a harmonious society. |
