| 摘 要： | 三化同步既是我国经济发展的客观趋势,又是富民强国的必由之路。推动建立三化同步先行区,既有深厚的理论基础,又有长期的实践基础,既是加快转变经济发展方式的内在要求,也是积极探索我国实现三化同步成功之路的迫切需要。有利于解开制约工业化和农业现代化发展的门禁,解决城镇化系列病症,对于进一步解决好农民进城、产业聚集、耕地集中等问题具有重要作用。 |
