跨国企业与我国企业技术合作的博弈分析

随着跨国公司研发全球化的发展，我国正逐步被纳入其全球研发网络。跨国公司研发本地化条件下的我国产业技术进步是一个双方博弈的过程，通过建立跨国公司与我国企业之间的技术合作博弈模型，进一步提出了国内企业作为在国内市场上的先行者，在技术创新与开发（R＆D）上的三种策略：自主创新、技术购买、R＆D合作，同时，分析了跨国公司应对的策略，给出了两公司的各自支付。通过纳什讨价还价模型来分析双方在R＆D合作与技术购买的合作区域。
