| 摘 要： | 利用2008—2012年我国东部某城镇的时间序列数据,选取经济、环境和社会3个子系统的35个指标,采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对该城镇的环境友好发展水平进行评价。结果表明:该城镇的环境友好发展水平逐年提高,2012年其环境友好发展总体水平为一般,其中经济子系统指标水平相对较低。提出:该城镇在今后发展中应将重点放在经济建设上,特别是应提高人均GDP和第三产业在经济发展中的比重。最后提出加快城镇环境友好发展的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Using the time series data of some town in the eastern region of China from 2008 to 2012,this paper selects 35 indicators of three subsystems namely economy, environment and society,and uses the methods of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation to analyze and e- valuate this town＇s environment-friendly development level. The results show as follows： the level of environment-friendly development of this town increased year by year,and the level of environment-friendly development in 2012 is general on the whole,the index of economy subsystem is relatively low. Therefore,it should focus on economic construction in the future development,especially increase the proportion of per capita GDP and the proportion of the tertiary industry in economic development. Finally,it puts forward the policy suggestions for promoting the envi- ronment-friendly development of town. |
