| Abstract: | The legal reasoning is one of the important ways of legal thinking in the theory of knowledge. The pur- pose of exploring its connotation, classification, inherent logic of each other and its value on function is seeking for the appropriate path for the specification use and making its full positive function in the construction of the so- ciety with rule of law. |
