高职青年数学教师专业发展的“三重门”

摘    要:为适应高素质应用型人才的培养,高职数学教学改革势在必行,青年教师在高职数学教学中占据了较大的比例,是其中坚力量,故促进青年教师的专业发展,是推进高职数学教学改革的重要保障.本文主要分析了影响高职青年数学教师专业发展的“三重门”:一是数学信念和教学信念;二是专业理论知识和学科教育教学知识;三是自我专业发展意识.

Abstract:In order to adapt to the cultivation of high quality applied talents, mathematics teaching reform in higher vocational colleges is imperative. Young teachers in higher vocational mathematics teaching occupy a larger proportion, as the backbone. Therefore, to promote the professional development of young teachers is very impor- tant to push forward the reform of higher vocational mathematics teaching. This article mainly analyzes the "triple door" that influences the higher vocational youth mathematics teachers' professional development: firstly, the mathematical beliefs and teaching beliefs; secondly, the professional theory knowledge and discipline education and teaching knowledge; last, the self consciousness of professional development.
