乡村旅游餐饮产品创新开发研究

在乡村旅游的带动下,乡村餐饮获得较快发展,随着乡村旅游的升级换代,乡村餐饮产品创新开发也势在必行.通过乡村餐饮资源创新性开发,让乡村餐饮逐渐成为一种新的乡村旅游吸引物,甚至是重要的卖点,进而促进乡村旅游的发展.本文分析了乡村旅游餐饮产品创新开发的必要性,并分析当前乡村旅游餐饮产品创新开发中存在的问题,在此基础上提出乡村餐饮创新开发的重点.

Innovative Development of Catering Sector in Rural Tourism

Rural catering sector is an important part of rural tourism. It has been the main income source for rural tourism. However, the stay length and per capital expenditure of rural tourists were very low. It had something to do with the slow renovation of rural attractions and catering. In fact, rural catering can be the core attractions in- stead of food and beverages. On the analysis of function and status of rural food and beverages, problems for rural catering were digged out. Then, suggestions for redeveloping rural catering were proposed. The aim of this study is to promote rural tourism development sustainably by improving rural catering sector.
