| 摘 要： | 邓小平同志不仅继承了马克思主义、毛泽东思想人才理论的基本原则 ,而且从国际和我国现代化建设的需要出发 ,提出了战备人才思想、科学的人才标准、科学的人才选拔、使用与培养的方法、人才管理的机制 ,为各级领导干部和组织人事部门做好新时期人才工作提供了理论依据

| Abstract: | Based on the basic principles of talent theory of Marxism and Mao Zedong Thought,and in terms of international development and China's modernizations,Comrade Deng Xiaoping proposes the strategic thoughts of talents,and the scientific criteria,selection,application and training of talents,as well as the management mechanism of talents in order to offer the theoretic foundation for leading cadres and the departments of organization and personnel. |
