| 摘 要： | 文章在论述“泛珠三角”区域经济合作的内容、如何消除三类障碍、实施区域共同经济政策的基础上,提出了区域经济合作自组力的理论,对自组力的来源、性质、结构、机能等进行了论述,并依据此理论提出了建立我国纵横结合新体制的改革设想.
