| 摘 要： | 由于国家开始对房地产市场进行宏观调控,2005年整个房地产开发景气指数不断下降,出现了与以往不同的发展态势。应对中国房地产业未来市场需求、投资等状况进行分析,做好房地产业税收制度,及金融体系等方面的规范和改善,以促进中国房地产市场。

| Abstract: | In 2005,the prosperity index of the entire real estate development dropped continually,and the whole industry had the different development situation from the past because the country starts to carry on the macroeconomic regulation and control to the real estate market.Under this kind of circumstance,it is necessary for us to carry on the analysis to the future market demand,investment situation and other aspects of Chinese real estate industry.Meanwhile in order to the better health and continual development of real estate market,we must improve and regulate the tax revenue system,financial system and other aspects of real estate industry. |
