| 摘 要： | 从理论上看,农民合作组织在我国社会主义新农村建设中应该扮演重要角色。但是,现实情况不尽人意。由于认识、资金、人才、环境等方面的因素,当前我国农民合作组织的发展还比较滞后,在建设社会主义新农村中应有的角色功能远没有得到充分的发挥。解决认识问题、完善运行机制、优化发展环境是促使农民合作组织完成角色目标的三大重点工作。

| Abstract: | Farmers' cooperatives should play an important role in building socialist new countryside,but because of different reasons in understanding,capital and environment,farmers' cooperatives develop slowly and its role in building new countryside is not in full swing.In author's opinion,paying more attention to the work,improving operation mechanism and bettering development environment are three important tasks in promoting farmers' cooperatives. |
