金融体系现代化进程中的监管问题

有效的金融监管是金融体系现代化的推动力 ,金融体系现代化也给金融监管带来了新的挑战。目前我国应将“放松监管”与“再监管”巧妙地结合起来。在“入世”过渡期内 ,在我国金融业混业经营没有实质性突破的情况下 ,维持现行分业监管的金融监管架构不变是必要的 ,但从长远来看 ,组建单一的金融监管机构对各类金融机构和金融市场实施集中、统一监管是大势所趋。

Effective financial regulation is the impetus of modernization of financial system.At the present time,we must combine deregulation and reregulation together.In the sheduled time of entry to WTO,it is necessary for our country to maitain the present frame of regulation,but in the long term,it is the trend to establish the single institution to regulate all kinds of financial institutions and all kinds of financial markets.
