| 摘 要： | 20世纪的经济发展,对地球的生态环境造成了极大的破坏,为此人类应该改变传统的经济观念,用生态经济的理念发展经济.但目前来说这种转变来得太慢,有些做法又缺乏生态观念,因此再一次对生态环境造成破坏.怎样才能建成一个完善的生态经济环境,人类还需很长时间的探索,但改变传统的经济结构已经迫在眉睫. |

| Abstract: | 20th century's economic development has done great damage to the Earth's ecological environment. In this case, human should change traditional economic idea, and develop economy under ecology idea. But now this variation is lagging behind, some practices lack ecology idea, which has done further damage to the ecological environment. How to build a perfect ecological economic environment, that is a question human needs a lot of time to investigate; but it is becoming urgent to change traditional economic structure. |
