水利工程对生态环境的影响及解决对策的分析

本文主要针对水利工程对我国生态环境的影响进行了分析研究,同时,也提出了一些相应的解决措施,以供参考。随着我国经济的发展和科学技术的进步,水利工程在防洪、发电、灌溉、航运等方面发挥了巨大的社会与经济效应,对促进经济的发展起了重要的作用。但是,水利工程对社会经济和生态环境的影响正在引起人们的高度重视,尤其是在水利工程建设的过程中,它往往破坏大量的生态环境导致生态环境平衡。因此,衡量一个水利工程的成败不仅要看它的工程技术解决的如何合理,还要看它在建设中对环境的影响是否得要重视和有具体的、完善的解决措施。

Analysis of the Impact of the Water Conservancy Project on Ecological Environment and Its Solutions

This paper analyses the impact on ecological environment by water conservancy project and the author rinses the corresponding solutions for readers＂ reference. With the development of our economy and the advancement of the scientific technology, water conservancy project plays a significant social and economic role in fields such as flood protection, electric power generation, irrigation and shipping. However, the influence of the water conservancy project on social economy and ecological environment is calling our attention, especially in the construction process of the water conservancy project which tends to destroy the ecological environment and results in the imbalance of the ecological environment. Hence, the evaluation of a water conservancy not only depends on how rational its engineering technology solutions, but also the specific and perfect solutions on the ecological environment whether laid due importance during the construction process.
