以科学发展观统领学院跨越式发展,推动创新教育

科学发展观具有丰富的内涵，它强调可持续发展、全面发展、协调发展、统筹发展、循环发展和节约型发展。从教育领域与人才培养的相关性看，科学发展观要求教育与人口、人才、人力资源开发的协调发展，要求教育事业与科技、文化、卫生、体育等各项事业的统筹发展，要求高等教育与基础教育、社会教育的协调发展，要求教育的有效供给与教育的社会需求的协调发展，要求教育的规模、速度、水平、质量、效益协调发展等。我校应该在科学发展观的指导下，认清发展的思路和目标定位，处理好办学规模、办学质量、办学水平、办学效益、办学特色等几方面的关系。

Scientific Outlook of Development Dominating the Leaping Advancement and Innovation Education of our College

Scientific outlook of development has rich connotations, which emphasizes sustainable development, allaround development, coordinate development, unified planned development, spiral development and economical development. From the pertinence between education domain and personnel training, scientific outlook of development demands that education coordinate populace, human resources and exploitation of human resources in development; that a planned education unify science and technology, culture, health, physical education and other causes in development; that higher education coordinate basic education and social education in development; that effective supply of education coordinate the social demand of education in development; and, it also demands a coordinate development of education in scale, pace, level, quality, efficiency, and so on. Under the guidance of scientific outlook of development, having realized the strategic plan of advancement and the direction, our college will be able to cope well with the relationship between the education scale, education quality, education level, education efficiency, and education features.
