金融制度变迁中的国有商业银行内部治理结构研究

国有商业银行内部治理机制改革是在外部金融制度变迁的环境中进行的。本文通过构建委托 -代理模型来分析国有商业银行在此种环境下进行内部治理机制改革所面临的困难。文章对国有商业银行治理机制改革的路径选择提出了一些建议 ,认为加快民营银行及外资银行的发展是解决国有商业银行治理机制改革后其所承担风险增加问题的有效手段。

Study of the Internal Governance Mechanism of State - owned Commercial Banks in the Change of Financial System

The reform of internal governance mechanism in state-owned commercial banks is in progress in the change of outside financial system. This article sets up a principal-agent model to analyze the difficulties that state-owned commercial banks face in the procedure. It also puts forward some suggestions about how to choose the best route in the reform. In this procedure, state-owned commercial banks have to undertake more risks, which would harm the financial system. To solve this problem, one of the efficient means is to develop community banks and foreign banks.
