| Abstract: | Lifting the veil of the corporation corresponds to the principle of independent corporation personality, this article starts with the nomological meaning of lifting the veil of the corporation, then illustrates the terms and applicability of lifting. Furthermore, it points out the problems and situations might occur when applying the rule of lifting the veil of the corporation. |
