纯焦化汽油精制催化剂的研制及应用

摘    要:本文介绍了DZG-10焦化汽油加氢精制催化剂的开发过程和工业应用情况.通过对载体改性,提高了大孔所占比例;通过将催化剂外形改为齿球形,增大了催化剂的外表面积,提高了催化剂的活性和机械强度.通过连续平稳运转26个月情况来看,催化剂床层压差较低,说明催化剂床层结垢、结焦、催化剂破埙情况不明显.开发的DZG-10催化剂是一种优良的纯焦化汽油加氢精制催化剂,具有很好的应用前景.

Abstract:Development and commercial application of DZG-10 catalyst for coker gasoline hydrofining was presented in this paper. Proportion of large porer was increased with the method of cartier modification. External surface of catalyst was elevated accompanied by the shapetransformation of dentiform sphere, whichraised activity and mechanical strenhth of catalyst. Through 26 months steady operation,it was observed that pressure difference of catalyst bed was relatively low, which indicated that the situation of sealing,eoking and attrition was not obvious. DZG - 10 was excellent eatalyst for pure eoker gasoline hydrofining with broght applieation prospect.
