试论化工产品的标准、质量和生产的关系

通过在化工产品质量管理工作中遇到的各种具体问题,归纳阐述了化工产品的标准、质量和生产之间的关系.质量工作者必须要了解化工产品的生产工艺条件和原材料,必须全面严格执行标准,方可判断化工产品质量的优劣及符合标准与否;方可及时发现产品质量问题,为生产提供改进方案或完善生产操作条件,从而确保或提高产品质量.也就是说必须从标准入手,以质量检验结果为依据,来判断产品质量的优劣和生产操作是否正常、合理.

Study on the relation of the standards, quality and praduction of the chemical products

According to the various detailed problems met in the quality management of the chemical products, the relation of the standards, quality and production of the chemical products were summarized in this paper. The quality operators should understand the technics and raw materials, should implement standards roundly and strictly, so that to judge the quality of chemical product good or bad and accord with the standards or not; to detect the product quality problems in time; to table a proposal for developing production project or for improving the operating condintion, to insure or advance the product quality. Moreover it should start with the standards and base on the result of quality examination to estimate the product quality good or bad, production operation order and in reason or not.
