后金融危机时代第四方物流组织模式探讨

给世界经济带来巨大挑战的金融危机虽然即将过去,但后危机时代的经济如何发展更值得人们去深思。危机使中国许多中小物流企业难以维系正常经营,我国物流业急需新的业务增长点,第四方物流正是这样一种能够降低成本,优化资源的新型物流运作模式。首先对后危机时代第四方物流的发展必要性进行了分析,并重点探讨了第四方物流的组织模式,最后给出了发展第四方物流的建议。

Study on Organization Mode of Fourth Party Logistics after the Financial Crisis Era

The financial crisis which brought great challenges to the world economy will soon be over,but how the economy develops more worthy people to ponder in post-crisis era.Crisis makes the Chinese logistics enterprises in a number of small and medium difficult to maintain the normal operation,China＇s logistics industry in dire need of new business growth point,fourth-party logistics is such a logistics mode of operation to reduce costs and optimize resources.In this paper,author analysis the post-crisis era was the need of development of the Fourth Party Logistics and focus on probing a fourthparty logistics organizational model.Finally,author gives recommendation on the development of the Fourth Party Logistics.
