Introduction to Standardization Development Strategies Outside China

An introduction is made of the developing strategies for standardization in such international organizations as WTO,ISO and EU,and some developed countries like the U.S.and Japan.It is found that one of the features of these strategies is t hat top priority is given to the key areas that are related to social life.R & D policies are in agreement and coordination with those for standardization.Much attention is paid to the education of the talents who are expected to be familia r with the assessment rules of international standards by ISO/IEC and equipped w ith specialized knowledge.
