综合园区存量土地集约利用方法探索——以无锡新区为例

工业园区存量土地集约利用是国家和地方关注的重点,但目前缺乏全方位引导园区存量土地集约利用的方法研究。本文以综合园区为对象,在分析其空间特征的基础上,从分析挖掘、类型总结和利用途径三方面探索存量土地集约利用的方法,并以无锡新区为例进行分析。文章认为综合园区存量土地可从建设情况、供应程序、集约程度和规划引导四个角度展开分析,并总结为已供未建用地、低效利用土地和结构改造用地三类,进而结合每类用地的特征、成因提出集约利用的具体途径。

On The Method of Using Reserved Land Intensively in Integrated Park——A Case Study of Wuxi New District
