思想政治工作者的工作热情、主动性以及创造性都属于人才的隐性资源或非智力因素,都会影响思想政治工作的实际效果,影响思想政治工作者素质的充分发挥。而要激发思想政治工作者的工作的主动性和创造性就要大胆放手使用,满足其工作成就感;也要解决其"出路"和"待遇"问题,克服高校政工队伍稳定性差的局面,使思想政治工作者能够全身心地投入到学生思想政治教育中去。

The enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of ideological and political workers belongs to the hidden resources or non-intelligence factors of talents which will affect the quality of the ideological and political work and the full play of the ideological and political workers＇ quality.To inspire the initiative and creativity of ideological and political workers,it is necessary to boldly give them due freedom,meet their job satisfaction and solve their ＂ better employment＂ and ＂salary＂ problem,and overcome the situation of the poor stability of university ideological and political workers which make ideological and political workers devoted wholeheartedly to the ideological and political education of students.
