近年来我国房地产业发展迅速,有力地推动了国民经济的增长和人民生活水平的提高。但是在发展过程中出现的一些问题以及由此产生的金融风险值得我们充分关注。文章指出和分析了当前房地产市场中存在的隐患和房地产金融风险,并对此提出相应的政策建议。

The fast development of the real estate contribute to the growth of Chinese economy and the rising of the people's living standard.But there are some problems in real estate market and financial risks which deserve ours attention.This paper takes closer insight into these existing issues and makes some supporting suggestions on it. |
