| 摘 要： | 合作组织在我国有近百年的发展历史，也形成了自己的特色。近些年来，一些地区农民自发组织起来，兴办各种类型的农村新型合作经济组织，对促进农业生产力的发展和农民持续增收以及转移农村剩余劳动力等都起到积极作用。文章论述了农村新型合作经济组织的模式、特点及需要注意的问题，提出了发展农村新型合作经济组织的一些具体对策。

| Abstract: | Cooperative organization has experieced nearly 100 years' development in China and formed its own characteristics. in recent years, farmers from some rural areas have brought about various kinds of new rural eooperative economy organizations spontaneously, which produced a positive result to the development and improvement of rural productivity, the sustained increase of farmers' income, and the transfer of surplus rural labor. This article illustrates the model, characteristics and notable problems of new rural cooperative economy organizations and offers some specific eountermeasures as well. |
