摘    要:层次分析法(AHP)将一个复杂问题分解为有序的阶递层次结构,并将定性因素定量化,在一定程度上减少了主观的影响,使评估更趋科学化。变权综合法比常权综合法更能反映出对于个别构件状态变化对总体评估结果的影响。文中将层次分析法和变权综合理论相结合建立了桥梁状态评估系统,提高了评估的质量。

Abstract:Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) decomposes a complex question for the order step hands over the hierarchical structure, and pacing factor quantifying, reduced the subjective influence in a certain extent, so that the appraisal more scientific assessment. Changes the power synthesis method can reflect compared to often the power synthesis method regarding the individual component change of state to the overall appraisal result influence. This article and changed the analytic hierarchy process the power synthesis theory unifies has established the bridge condition appraisal system, improved the appraisal quality.
