| Abstract: | The paper points out several noting points at the overall planning for seaport towns and taking the example of Heilongjiang Raohe town,it's planning concept and main idea is analyzed and emphasized the important role of the industrialization,ecological environment and the integration of urban and rural areas in northeast areas small town overall planning. |
