阜阳师范学院学生终身体育意识现状的调查与研究

本研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、归纳分析法和数据统计法对阜阳师范学院在校大学生的终身体育意识及体育锻炼的参与情况进行调查研究。结果表明,多数学生对常识类和认识类的问题有一定程度的了解,但对体育锻炼终身化的认识还很肤浅,仍需要加强对相关知识的了解与掌握,分析其原因,并提出相应的建议与对策,为学生调整其锻炼方向,学校调整其教学思路,为提高学生的终身体育意识提供参考依据。

Survey and Research on Students' Life-long Sports Awareness Status in Fuyang Normal College
