| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the factors responsible for the competitive capacity of the private enterprises, the article analyzes the relationship between the salary management and the competitive edge in China＇s private enterprises, and proposes some strategies of optimizing the salary management of private enterprises, which provides new ideas for salary management for them. |
