国有企业经营者动态化激励约束策略探讨

摘    要:国有企业的经营者等关键人是企业的重要人力资源,构建行之有效的激励与约束机制是促使其发挥活力的重要保障.基于动态股权激励模型,综合考虑收入分配、股权及岗位管理三方面因素,设计一种有机嵌套的联动响应机制以改进激励约束效力,从而实现对传统组合式入力资源激励与管理模式的创新.
