| 摘 要： | 经济发展有赖于矿产资源的支撑,而矿产资源的不可再生性,要求我们必须认真分析目前我国的资源利用现状和存在的问题,提出新的资源价值观及构建措施,以满足经济的可持续发展。构建可持续发展的矿产资源价值观的措施包括:(1)改变经济的发展模式;(2)加强资源资产的管理;(3)发挥行业协会的作用。 |

| Abstract: | Economic development depends on the supporting of mineral resources.As we know,the resources are non-renewable,so we must analyze the current situation and problems of resources utilization conscientiously in China.In order to meet the need of economic development,finding solutions to establishing new value outlook of resources should be carried out.The measures is illustrated from three aspects,such as changing the pattern of economic development,strengthening the management of resources and properties and giving full play to industrial associations. |
